Mode Sushi Putignano | Ristorante Sushi

I had lunch today with my nephew and we were truly thrilled. The experience was excellent in every way, but I really want to emphasize how much I appreciated the modesty and professionalism of the wait staff, which really made the difference. The dishes were beautifully presented and the service was prompt. We'll definitely be back.

My opinion is based solely on a comparison with all the all-you-can-eat sushi places located between Bari and Taranto. I have to say this one rocks!! Truly excellent for everything. I'll definitely return. The best.

I went to this all you can eat sushi restaurant yesterday and I was really enthusiastic about it! The food was excellent: the fish was very fresh and of high quality, and the hot dishes were served freshly made. I really appreciated that all the allergens were clearly indicated on the menu. The staff was impeccable: kind, polite and always available with a smile. The room is spotless, welcoming and tastefully furnished. Highly recommended, I will definitely return!

The best sushi I've ever tasted, spectacular atmosphere, and fast, accurate service. I'd only improve the ordering and make them with a thaler, but otherwise, keep it up.

As you can see, this place deserves all five stars. Excellent food, fantastic location, impeccable service, well-stocked cellar. In the area it is a place that is worth a visit, try it.

The service was really fast, the place was impeccable and taken care of down to the smallest detail. We loved all the food! We'll be back, see you next time.

Very, very beautiful location, excellent quality/price ratio, impeccable service. I will gladly return as soon as possible.

Excellent products, friendly staff, and a beautiful location! If I may offer two suggestions, which aren't meant to be criticisms: it would be more convenient to order with a tablet and have a more detailed product description. Recommended!

I'm writing this review after having lunch at this place twice this week. I can say that it is an excellent restaurant with excellent fish and a varied menu. Last time the tuna sashimi was truly exceptional, one of the best I've ever eaten. Very, very beautiful and really large location, absolutely not one table on top of the other but plenty of space between one and the other. Friendly staff and fast service. Roll of 4 pieces and no limitation on the quantities that can be ordered. I don't know the dinner and weekend/holiday menu, but the lunch menu on weekdays is already more than sufficiently varied, more varied than the competition here in Putignano (excellent in any case) which among other things places limitations on the orderability of some courses. Don't be discouraged by those three negative reviews here, I don't doubt their veracity, but I personally will certainly continue to return and recommend it to everyone.

Very comfortable atmosphere. I'm no expert, but I think the food is good, and the prices are reasonable. The allergen information on the menu is very good. 🔝 Thanks also to the very kind waiter who even gave me gluten-free soy.

Despite the negative reviews, we decided to try it and were pleasantly surprised because everything was impeccable. The service was quick and accurate, the quality of the food was excellent, and the selection was even more varied than I've found elsewhere. The fish was fresh, the combinations weren't cloying, and the place is truly beautiful—large and clean—and in the summer, they definitely have outdoor seating.
